Initial Consultation

In our initial consultation, I will evaluate your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual concerns. Together, we will review your health history and that of your family. Follow-up questions will further determine which dosha (Vata, Pitta or Kapha) is out of balance. In some cases, it will be useful to examine your astrological birth map for additional insights. I will then create a complete program for you consisting of nutritional guidelines, one or more herbal formulas, and specific recommendations for meditation practice, yoga, and exercise.
